Antocracy:

.Authority is derived through heredity

.People have no choice in the selection of their rules and no voice in making laws.

. Results in arbitrariness, tyranny, and oppression

. Attitude towards property is feudalistic.

. Attitude towards property is feudalistic.

. Attitude towards law is that the will of the ruler shall control, regardless of reason of consequences.

A Republic is a form of government under a Constitution which provides for the election of (1) an executive and (2) a legislative body, who working together in a representative capacity, have all the power of appointment, all power if legislation, all power to raise revenue and appropriate expenditures, and are required to create(3)a judiciary to pass upon justice and legality of their government acts and to recognize(4) certain Inherent individual right.

Take away any one of more of these four elements and you are drifting into Democracy- Atwood.

Superior to all othes- Autocracy declares the Devine right of kings, it's authority cannot be questioned; it's powersvare arbitrary or unjustly administer.

Democracy is the "direct" rule of the people and has been repeatedly tried without success.

Our Constitutional fathers, familiar with the strength and weakness of both Autocracy and Democracy, with fixed principles definitely in mind, define a representative Republican form of government. They "made very marked distinction between a Republic and a Democracy...and said repeatedly and emphatically that they had founded a Republic."

Madison, in the Federalist, emphasized the fact that this government was a Republic and NOT a Democracy, the constitution makers having considered both an Autocracy and a Democracy a undesirable forms of government while "a Republic promises the cure for which we are seeking".

In a Democracy the people meet and exercise the government in person. In a Republic they assemble and administer it by their respective agents. - Madison

The advantage which a Republic has over Democracy consists in the substitutions of representatives whose enlightened views and virtuous sentiments render them superior to local prejudices and to schemes of injustice.- Madison

The highlighted portion from the second part of that definition is to emphasize the military aspect of a de facto government. This highlights and exposes how and why the US Corporation, through its agents, act in the manner in which they do. It explains the ongoing militarization of the police and it explains why the police enforce CORPORATE POLICY under threat, duress, and coercion. A de facto government rules by might with a blatant disregard for the rights of the people.

A de facto government controls education and the circulation of information of its subjects. Hence, why it attaches connotative labels on people who stand on de jour constitutional principles. Labels such as: "extremist", "Sovereign citizens", "nationalist", "conspiracy theorist", "militant", "anti-vaxxer", etc. are broadcasted by the controlled media to slander and discredit people who are in line with truth and freedom and exposes the corrupt de facto government for what it truly is.

The purpose of these slanderous labels are to program into the minds of the unaware populace, certain "buzzwords", that are associated with perceived negative people, actions, groups, etc. in hopes to deter them away from the rhetoric, teachings, and influences of said people or groups. Because as the saying goes, "It's impossible to enslave an educated people." This is why the media constantly broadcasts negative images of people who speak and stand on the truth, enforce the constitution or benefits the collective through moral principles. The controlled media are masters at distorting the truth to make it seem " crazy" or illegal.

Government De Facto.

A government of fact. A government actually exercising power and control in state, as opposed to the true and lawful government; a government not established according to the constitution of the state or not lawfully entitled to recognition or supremacy, but which has nevertheless supplanted or deemed unlawful, or deed wrongful or unjust which, nevertheless, receives presently habitual obedience from the bulk of the community. Austin. Jur. 324

There are several degrees of what is called "de facto government." Such as a government, in its highest degree, assumes a character very closely resembling that of a lawful government. This is when the usurping government expels the regular authorities from their customary seats and functions, and establishes itself in their place, and so becomes the actual government of a country. The distinguished characteristic of such a government is that adherents to it in war against the government de jure do not incur the penalties of treason; and under certain limitations, obligations assumed by it in behalf of the county or otherwise will, in general, be respected by the government de jure when restored.

Such a government might be more aptly denominated a "government of paramount force", being maintained by active military power against the rightful authority of an established and lawful government, but they may be administered, also, by civil authority, supported more or less by military force. Thornton v. Smith, 8 wall. 8, 9, 19 L. Ed. 361

We must remember that the 13 original colonies were literal corporations of the Crown and, like all Corporations, were ruled by limited governments established by their charters. So it shouldn't come as a surprise when people state that "The United States is a corporation." The facts are clear and concise on this matter, it is only the willfully ignorant that cling to their mis-education in the face of the truth and facts.

Proof the United States is a Corporation:

Corporation is defined as a body corporate legally authorized to act as a single individual; an artificial person created by a royal character, president, or act of the legislature, and having authority to persevere certain rights in perpetual succession. The following are a list of roles within a corporation: Board of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, Treasurer, Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, Operations Management, Management, Chief Information Officer, Secretary, Shareholder, Comptroller, and Chief Human Resources Officers. One way we can prove the United States is a Corporation is by seeing that it meets all the qualifications and has many of the same corporate roles that other corporations have. But in order to submit more proof, let's look into

various case law and citations if authority that substantiates the fact that the United States is and has always been a corporation.

" The United States is a government, and, consequently, a body political and corporate, capable of attaining the objects for which it was created, by the means which are necessary for their attainment. This great corporation was ordained and established by the American people, and endowed by them with great powers for important purposes... The government acts by its agents...." United States v Maurice, 2 Brock. 96, 109, 25 F. Cas. 1211

"The reason why states are " bodies political and corporate" is simple: just as a corporation is an entity that can act only through its agents," the State is a political corporate body, can act only through agents, and can command only by laws" Salaam v New York Department of Corrections and Community Supervision United States District Court, N.D. New York, September 16, 2019.

" Corporations are also of all grades, and made for varied objects; ALL Governments ARE CORPORATIONS, created by usage and common consent, or grants and charters which create a body politic for prescribed purposes; but whether they are private, local, or general, in their objects rule of law, as to the construction and the obligation of the instrument by which the incorporation is mad. One universal rule of law protects persons and property. "Proprietors of Charles River Bridge v Properties of Warren Bridge, 36 U.S. 420 (1837)

27 U.S.C 3092(15)(A(

United States Code Title 28-Judiciary and Judicial Procedure Part VI-Particular Proceedings Chapter 175-Federal Debt Collection Procedure Subchapter A-Definitions and General Provisions Sec. 3002. Definitions

(15) "United States" means (A) a Federal Corporation; (B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other entity of the United States; or (C) an instrumental of the United States. "A federal corporation within a state is considered a domestic corporation rather than a foreign corporation. The United States government is a foreign corporation with respect to a state." 19 Corpus Juris Secundum(C.J.S), Corporations, 968

"Legal fiction is the mask that progress must wear to pass the faithful and bleared-eyed watchers of our ancient legal treasures. But though legal fictions are useful in this mitigating or absorbing the shock of innovation, they work havoc in the form of intellectual confusion. The least that can be said is that they tend to make us all ignore the magnitude and character of the actual changes wrought by them. The mask shuts off a great deal of needed light"

The Growth of the Administrative State:

The growth of the administrative state can be traced back to the early 20th century, when "progressive reformers" began to call for greater intervention in the economy and society. This movement gained momentum during the Great Depression, when President Franklin D. Roosevelt launched the New Deal programs to address the economic crisis.

The New Deal programs created a number of new government agencies, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and Federal Housing Administration. These agencies were given broad powers to regulate various aspects of the economy and society, and they played a key role in shaping the postwar American welfare state. Since the New Deal era, the administrative state has continued to grow, with new agencies and departments being created to address a wide range of society and economic issues. For example the Department of Education was created in 1980 to oversee federal education policy, while the Department of Homeland Security was created in 2002 to coordinate the federal government's response to domestic security threats.

Rise of the Administrative State:

The administrative state, also known as the bureaucracy, is a complex and powerful system of government agencies and departments tasked with implementing laws, and policies. In the United States, the administrative state has grown dramatically since the 1930's, when the New Deal programs expanded the role of the government in the economy and social welfare.

The administrative state can be defined as a system of unelected officials that are responsible for implementing laws and regulations. It is often characterized by its size, complexity, and independence from elected officials. The administrative state is composed of various agencies and departments, such as the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Department of Health and Human Services(DHHS), and the Federal Reserve.

One of the key features of the administrative state is its ability to make rules and regulations that have the force of law, even though they are not passed by Congress. This is accomplished through the process known as rulemaking, which allows agencies to interpret and apply the laws passed by Congress in a way that is consistent with the agencies mission and expertise.

What is a Constitutional Republic?

A Constitutional Republic is a form of government in which the powers of the government are limited by a written or unwritten constitution. The constitution in which powers of the government are limited by a written or unwritten constitution. The Constitution serves as the supreme law of the land.

The Constitution for the United States of America, which was adopted in 1787, is the oldest written national constitution still in use. It provides a framework for the federal government outlining the powers of the three branches of government: the legislative, executive, and judicial branches. The Constitution also establishes the basic rights of individuals, such as freedom of speech, religion, and the press, and the right to a fair trial.
